The owners of Bryggen Venues have backgrounds from Madkastellet, Langelinie Pavilion and Humanic, and therefore boast many years of experience in managing parties and events. Our focus is on gastronomy and running parties where the content, expression and atmosphere is top notch.
Gastronomy
At Bryggen Venues, we offer high quality gastronomy with a strong expression, thanks to our team of chefs that strives to delight our guests.
Our food is based on modern gastronomy, but with great emphasis on the traditions of good craftsmanship and professional pride. Our kitchen is influenced by French Nouvelle and New Nordic Cuisines, but we often spice it up with elements of world cuisines: Japanese fermentation, South American “food over fire”, plus a few other ingredients and raw materials that align with the green ideal. Our choice of raw ingredients at Bryggen Venues is affected by our preference to work primarily with local Danish produce, organic where possible, and always seasonal.

SPISESALON BRYGGEN
In its day, Spisesalon Bryggen was a secret gentlemen’s club for Copenhagen’s cultural elite, politicians, officers and other VIPs.
Here, in the attic of one of Bryggen’s warehouses, guests were led through the back stairs into a universe of luxury, mistresses, expensive drinks and the gourmet food of the time. It was a place for hatching plans, discussions and for partying. As the result of our restoration, the attic once again looks as it did in its heyday, with the original floorboards and exposed beams that overheard the various stories of the time and reflect the attic’s long history.

PAKHUS BRYGGEN
Pakhus Bryggen is a totally restored, raw warehouse with a charming courtyard area, located just 200 metres from Copenhagen’s waterfront and with excellent parking facilities.
With its history and rustic style intact, spiced up with design, quality and charm, your visit is guaranteed to be an experience in a league of its own. The premises is about 500 m2 with an event venue, kitchen and room for 150 dining guests.

Bryggen Venues guarantees you the best technology. Our equipment is regularly updated and supervised by highly experienced technicians. For the same reason, we invited Profox, one of the leading technology firms in the industry, to join us. Profox provides top-notch technology, which is constantly updated. They now have their storeroom and office at our sister venue, Moltkes Palæ.
